Refund policy

Returns


We are committed to fulfilling return requests made within 14 days. This means that after you receive the product, you have 14 days to make a return request.

To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and unworn, in its original packaging. You will also need to show your payment receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact info@zamalabz.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Products shipped back without first making a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems


Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if it is defective or if there is any damage, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the problem and fix it.



Exceptions / non-returnable products

Some types of products cannot be returned, such as customized products. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted products or gift certificates.



Replacements

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change your product please contact info@zamalabz.com



Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.



Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and check your return, and let you know if your refund will be accepted or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded to your initial payment method. Remember that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
